“ I always order on doordash because the location is a little too far from me and it doesn't seem like the type of place I'd want to sit down in (personally not a fan of food places that's basically just a counter and chairs). Besides that the food is godlike. I'm not a big eater but the portions are hearty and heavy and I've absolutely engorged every order. It always arrives nice and warm too. The beans are spiced and sweet, tender flavorful macaroni and the vegan chicken is smokey, sweet, and crispy. Absolutely love it every time and would highly recommend. ”
“ Mm, mm, mm! Placed a pick up order of Spinach wrap, fries, tacos, and sweet plantains. My, my, my! I literally had to pull over the side of the road after the first bite of the spinach wrap... I needed to enjoy every single bite. Yum! Full of flavor and wrapped nicely. 10 out of 10. The fries were crispy. Full of flavor as well. Tacos were delicious and filling! “ Where to begin!!!!! The food was AMAZING. The cashier was very polite and knew the items on the menu very well. It is not a "dine-in" restaurant they have 2 tables in there. However, we did dine in. I ordered shrimp tacos, and my date had a vegan southern crispy sandwich with vegan bacon and sweet potato fries. We ate all we could and what didn't get eaten. We took home and ordered a portion to go lol!! Look, go here!!! They are a vegan restaurant!!! Just in case you needed one last shout!!! We will return and recommend anyone to try!!! ”

“ Today, I visited Rootz for the first time with my family, and I can honestly say the experience was fantastic! We had the classic burger, which was flavorful and cooked to perfection, with just the right portion size. We also tried the mac and cheese, which was incredibly creamy and delicious. The curry Brussels sprouts with coconut jasmine rice and fried cauliflower were simply amazing. I give the overall taste, quality, presentation, and restaurant experience a solid 10 out of 10! ”
“ Always had issues looking for a place that I could take my mom who’s vegan and myself who’s not vegan that has options for each of us. (This is the place) It’s a whole in the wall, but don’t let it detour you from trying this amazing food! The gentleman that greeted us helped us with our meal selection. He was on point on his recommendations! I took one bite of mine and almost had nothing to take a picture of, but I couldn’t let this place go unnoticed! Our meals were prepared as we waited and I made a remark how she sounded like the “iron chef” back there as we waited order... So worth the wait and more! “ My 1st time tasting vegan shrimp (didn't even know that was a thing lol). I originally came for the fish tacos but this was a good alternative. Lowkey wish they still served pescatarian food but it's okay. Sweet potato fries was crispy and seasoned well. I'll definitely be back! ”
